meals, and we drive cars even around the corner.

A recent study at Harvard (not Howard) University showed that prayer lowered blood pressure just as effectively as many blood pressure drugs. In addition, LAUGHTER is also good MEDICINE. So, our lifestyle must change.

When I was young, my Grammy made us drink pear leaf tea and fever grass tea in the morning. What is more, we allowed that natural taste of the bush or added honey NOT WHITE SUGAR. White flour, white rice and white sugar will kill you quicker.

We must return to the basic island diet, rather than the SAD - Standard American Diet.
Our children are becoming hooked onto the cellphone and technology. Let us grow fresh fruits and vegetables in our backyards. Let us walk the beaches and park the cars. Diet and exercise and natural herbs work!!
