Forum highlights strides made to assist the disabled

Local organizations benefit from GBPA Turkey Drive

CHRISTMAS DONATIONS – Several local organizations were recipients of Christmas Holiday donations, courtesy of the Grand Bahama Port Authority (GBPA). Representatives from The Bahamas Red Cross GB Center, Columbus House, the Grand Bahama Children’s Home (GBCH), the Grand Bahama Home for the Aged, Home Away from Home, the Salvation Army and others gathered at the GBPA’s office on Wednesday (December 13), where they were presented with vouchers from the Turkey Drive. School Board members take oath of office
