Senate President tells graduating class that they are destined for greatness

SENATE PRESIDENT AND STUDENTS – One of the highlights for the graduating class of 2019 at Grace Christian Academy was having an opportunity to take a photograph with President of the Senate in her full regalia. Senator Smith, who was the commencement guest speaker who noted that when the school had visited the Senate earlier in the year, she was out of town and they were unable to meet with the President of the Senate during their visit. At the end of her address on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 for the graduating class, Senator Smith promised to give the kids an opportunity to see what the Senate president wears while presiding over the proceedings of the Upper Chamber.
